WECC RMS. – means the WECC reliability management system.

  • The Transmission Operator may terminate this Agreement on thirty (30) days’ written notice following the termination of the WECC RMS Agreement for any reason by the WECC or by the Transmission Operator, provided such notice is provided within thirty (30) days of the termination of the WECC RMS Agreement.
