Weekly Mode definition

Weekly Mode means the Mode during which all or any part of the 2019C Bonds bear interest at the Weekly Rate.
Weekly Mode means, with respect to the Bonds, the mode of bearing interest thereon at a Weekly Rate.
Weekly Mode means an Interest Mode during which the interest rate on the Bonds is determined in weekly intervals as set forth in Section 203(c) hereof.

  • While the Bonds are in a Weekly Mode or Monthly Mode, the Owner of any Bond shall have the right to have such Bond purchased in whole or in part (which portion shall be in a principal amount equal to an Authorized Denomination) on the dates specified in paragraph (b) below at the Tender Price.

  • The interest rate for Bonds in a Weekly Mode shall be determined in the following manner.

  • The Remarketing Agent shall determine the initial Weekly Rate on or before the date of issue in or of conversion to the Weekly Mode, which rate shall remain in effect as provided in the Agreement.

  • While the Bonds are in the Weekly Mode, such moneys, if not then needed for such purpose, shall, but only to the extent practicable, be invested and reinvested in direct obligations issued by the United States of America maturing on or prior to the earlier of (i) the date moneys may be required for the purchase of Bonds pursuant to Article IV and (ii) the Interest Payment Date next succeeding the date of investment or reinvestment.

Weekly Mode has the meaning set forth in Appendix A to the Ordinance. “Weekly Rate” has the meaning set forth in Appendix A to the Ordinance.
Weekly Mode means the Mode during which a Series of Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.
Weekly Mode means the Mode in which the Bonds bear interest at a Weekly Rate. "Weekly Period" means each period from and including Thursday of each week (and, if the first day of any Weekly Mode is not a Thursday, the Weekly Conversion Date on which such Weekly Mode commences) through and including the following Wednesday, whether or not such days are Business Days.
