Weekly Report definition
Weekly Report means a report in substantially the form of Exhibit VIII hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 6.6.
Weekly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit J.
Weekly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Annex G-1 hereto, furnished by the Collection Agent to the Administrative Agent and each Purchaser Agent pursuant to Article IV of the Agreement.

At any time, the Servicer shall fail to maintain a senior unsecured long-term debt rating of at least “BB” by S&P or “Ba2” by Moody’s, the Lenders may request that the Servicer prepare and deliver not later than 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on each Weekly Reporting Date to the Lenders a Weekly Report in the form of Exhibit VIII hereto (appropriately completed and executed).
More Definitions of Weekly Report
Weekly Report means a report, in form and substance acceptable to the Agent and each Managing Agent (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent and each Managing Agent pursuant to Section 8.5.
Weekly Report means a report in substantially the form of Annex A-2 hereto and containing such additional information as any Agent may reasonably request from time to time, furnished by the Servicer pursuant to Section 6.02(g)(i).
Weekly Report means a document submitted weekly by a Subrecipient showing the status of all housing projects, both completed and remaining, and any other information as may be required by the GLO.
