Weekly Report definition

Weekly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit IX hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to clause (i) of Section 8.5.

Weekly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit J.

Weekly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Annex G-1 hereto, furnished by the Collection Agent to the Administrative Agent and each Purchaser Agent pursuant to Article IV of the Agreement.

• If at any time (other than as of the date of any Weekly Report or Monthly Report) the aggregate of the Purchaser Interests of the Purchasers exceeds 100%, Seller shall pay to the Purchasers (ratably based on the ratio of each Purchaser’s Capital at such time to the Aggregate Capital at such time) within five Business Days an amount to be applied to reduce the Aggregate Capital, such that after giving effect to such payment the aggregate of the Purchaser Interests equals or is less than 100%.

• If as of the date of any Weekly Report or Monthly Report the aggregate of the Purchaser Interests of the Purchasers exceeds 100%, Seller shall pay to the Purchasers (ratably based on the ratio of each Purchaser’s Capital at such time to the Aggregate Capital at such time) within one Business Day an amount to be applied to reduce the Aggregate Capital, such that after giving effect to such payment the aggregate of the Purchaser Interests equals or is less than 100%.

• Upon the Servicer’s request, the Agent may, in its sole discretion, grant an extension of three (3) Business Days to the time by which the Monthly Report is due under the preceding clause (i) or the time by which the Weekly Report is due under preceding clause (ii); provided, however, the Agent shall automatically grant the Servicer’s first three such extension requests in any 12-month period.

More Definitions of Weekly Report

Weekly Report means a report, in form and substance mutually acceptable to the Seller and the Managing Agents (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Managing Agents on each Weekly Reporting Date pursuant to Section 7.5, reflecting information for the seven (7) day period ending on the day immediately preceding such Weekly Reporting Date.

Weekly Report means a report substantially in the form of Exhibit I-1.
