Weeks Worked definition

Weeks Worked means a week in which an employee receives earnings for hours worked, Vacation pay, Holiday pay, Easter & Christmas shutdown pay, Bereavement pay or Jury duty. Tradesmen will receive $2.00 below job rate during their probationary period. Except as later herein qualified, employees shall receive wages in accordance with the attached wage schedule. More Definitions of Weeks Worked

Weeks Worked excludes any week other than a week in which the
Weeks Worked in the context of the Class Members, means all weeks during the Class Period in which the Class Member was employed by Defendant as a non- exempt employee in California and worked at least one shift during the workweek. In the context of Aggrieved Employees, it means all weeks during the PAGA Period in which the Aggrieved Employee was employed by Defendant as a non-exempt employee in California and worked at least one shift during the workweek.
Weeks Worked means the number of weeks that a Participating Class Member worked for Defendant Prime Grill in California during the Class Period as a non- exempt employee, which will be calculated by the Settlement Administrator using the inclusive dates of employment during the Class Period to determine the total number of days an employee was employed, and then dividing that number by seven to compute the number of workweeks (or some other method of calculation mutually agreed to by the Parties). Each Participating Class Member who is a former employee will be deemed to have worked an additional two Weeks Worked.
