Weeks Worked means a week in which an employee receives earnings for hours worked, Vacation pay, Holiday pay, Easter & Christmas shutdown pay, Bereavement pay or Jury duty. Tradesmen will receive $2.00 below job rate during their probationary period. Except as later herein qualified, employees shall receive wages in accordance with the attached wage schedule. Weeks Worked means the total number of weeks in which a Class Member worked one or more shifts for Defendant during the Class Period.
Weeks Worked excludes any week other than a week in which the employee earned a wage. The employer shall transmit to DRIVE headquarters on a monthly basis, in one check, the total amount deducted along with the name of each employee on whose behalf a deduction is made, the employee’s social security number and the amount deducted from that employee’s paycheck. More Definitions of Weeks Worked
Weeks Worked for each Settlement Class Members means each workweek in which 17 a Participating Class Member worked at least one day for Defendant in California during the Class 18 Period, according to Defendant’s records.
