Western State Hospital. “WSH” or “the Facility” means the adult inpatient psychiatric hospital owned and operated by the Washington Department of Social and Health Services, through its BHA, located in Lakewood, Washington.

  • State waters means all water, on the surface and under the ground, wholly or partially within or bordering the Commonwealth or within its jurisdiction, including wetlands.

  • Psychiatric hospital means an Institution constituted, licensed, and operated as set forth in the laws that apply to Hospitals, which meets all of the following requirements:

  • School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.
