Whole-time Director definition

Whole-time Director means Whole-time Director as defined in Section 2(94) of the Act.
Whole-time Director means a Whole Time Director as defined under the Companies Act, 2013.
Whole-time Director means Director who is in Whole Time Employment of the Company.

  • If any Whole-time Director draws or receives, directly or indirectly by way ofremuneration any such sums in excess of the limits prescribed under the Act orwithout the prior sanction of the Central Government, where required, he / sheshall refund such sums to the Company and until such sum is refunded, hold it ina separate Bank Account of the Company.
