Wholesale sale or "sale at wholesale" means a sale to any person for purposes of resale.
Wholesale sale or "sell at wholesale" means a sale of fireworks to a purchaser who intends to resell the fireworks so purchased.
Wholesale sale means the sale of milk by the Isle of Man Milk Marketing Association or an authorised milk vendor to an authorised milk vendor for subsequent retail sale or semi-retail sale but does not include the sale of milk by a registered producer to the Isle of Man Milk Marketing Association.
