Wind Down Costs definition

Wind Down Costs means the Service Provider’s reasonable costs to wind down the funded program, as determined by the City.
Wind Down Costs means the Recipient’s reasonable costs to wind down the Project.

Wind Down Costs has the meaning set forth on the relevant Fund’s Schedule.
