Wind-Down Period definition

Wind-Down Period is defined in Section 12.5 of this Agreement.
Wind-Down Period means, as the context may require, (i) with respect to any specific Covered Aircraft, the period after the Termination Date and until the time when such Covered Aircraft has been withdrawn from the capacity purchase provisions of this Agreement, and (ii) with respect to the Agreement as a whole, the period after the Termination Date and until the time when the last Covered Aircraft has been withdrawn from the capacity purchase provisions of this Agreement.
Wind-Down Period shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.3(b)(ii).

Examples of Wind-Down Period in a sentence

  • During the Wind-Down Period, Innovent shall continue to make any and all applicable payments to AnHeart for the terminated Product sold or disposed by Innovent or Innovent Related Parties.

  • Within [**Redacted**] days of expiration of the Wind-Down Period, Innovent shall notify AnHeart of any quantity of the terminated Product remaining in Innovent’s and Innovent Related Parties’ inventory and AnHeart [**Redacted**] to purchase any such quantities of the terminated Product, as applicable, from Innovent and Innovent Related Parties [**Redacted**].

Wind-Down Period shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.3.3.
