Wireless Device definition

Wireless Device means a compatible and supported mobile phone and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices that may be used in connection with any mobile Services described in this Agreement.
Wireless Device means any communications device that enables Subscribers to access and use a Data Service or Software.
Wireless Device means any mobile/tablet device acceptable to Fort Financial, which provides for the capture of images from the original items and for transmission through a clearing process.

Examples of Wireless Device in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service allows you to make deposits to a Mobile RDC Account and/or to load funds to a Mobile RDC Card by using your Wireless Device and the functions within our Mobile Banking Service application to scan checks and to transmit the images of the checks and associated data to us.

  • If you request or authorize SMS/text messages to be transmitted to your Wireless Device in connection with any Service, your mobile carrier’s message and data fees may apply to those messages.

  • If any Wireless Device on the Customer's account uses a location- sensitive service, the Customer (the account holder)authorizes the end-user to download, access and use location-sensitive services and agrees to clearly and regularly notify the end-user of the Customer's Wireless Device that his or her location may be tracked or discovered.

  • You agree to follow any and all procedures, instructions, and guides for use of the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service, and to enable or disable such Wireless Device settings (including, but not limited to, GPS or geolocation settings and camera settings), as we may require or provide from time to time.

  • In order to use the Service, your Wireless Device must have a functioning and supported camera, you must be enrolled in the Regions Online Banking service, and our Mobile Banking Service application must be installed on your Wireless Device.


More Definitions of Wireless Device

Wireless Device means cellular phones, personal digital assistants, pagers and RIM devices.
