Wireless Device definition

Wireless Device means a compatible and supported mobile phone and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices that may be used in connection with any mobile Services described in this Agreement.
Wireless Device means any communications device that enables Subscribers to access and use a Data Service or Software.
Wireless Device means any mobile/tablet device acceptable to Fort Financial, which provides for the capture of images from the original items and for transmission through a clearing process.

  • You agree not to disclose or otherwise make your Password or Wireless Device for Mobile Banking available to anyone not authorized by you to sign on your accounts.

  • Section 9(b) is removed and replaced by the following: Any and all pre-existing conditions with respect to the Wireless Device known by the Subscriber that occur before the effective date of this Agreement.

  • We will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use Mobile Banking or your Wireless Device.

More Definitions of Wireless Device

Wireless Device means cellular phones, personal digital assistants, pagers and RIM devices.
