Without Cause definition

Without Cause means a termination by the Company of the Employee’s employment during the Employment Period for any reason other than a termination based upon Cause, death or Disability.
Without Cause means a termination of Executive's employment by the Company other than due to Executive's death or Disability as described in Section 7(a) and other than for Cause as described in Section 7(b).
Without Cause means the termination of the Executive’s Employment by the Company other than for Cause and other than by reason of the death or Disability of the Executive.

Examples of Without Cause in a sentence

  • Termination of the Employment Period by reason of the expiration of the Term will constitute a termination by the Company Without Cause, if such termination results from notice given by the Company not to extend the Term.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, if the Executive’s Employment is terminated within 90 days prior to the occurrence of a Change in Control, the Executive shall be entitled to claim that his Employment was terminated (i) by the Company Without Cause or by the Executive for Good Reason and (ii) because of the anticipated Change in Control.

  • If your employment is terminated Without Cause then, in addition to your Accrued Pay, you will be eligible to receive severance consisting of continued base salary (as of your Termination Date) for a period of [6 / 12] months.

  • The Company may terminate your employment Without Cause at any time and for any reason.

  • If my employment with the Company under this Agreement is terminated at any time due to a Termination Without Cause (as defined below), then the Company will provide me with 12 months of my then current base salary and a full year of my then current annual bonus at target as severance (the “Severance Pay”), subject to the terms and conditions in this Section 2.


More Definitions of Without Cause

Without Cause shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3 herein.
Without Cause means termination by the Company of Key Employee’s employment at the Company’s sole discretion for any reason, other than by reason of Key Employee’s death or Disability, and other than a termination based upon Cause.
Without Cause means termination of employment on any basis other than the termination of Executive’s employment hereunder pursuant to Sections 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 or 8.5.
