Work Locations definition

Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

Examples of Work Locations in a sentence

  • While at the Judicial Council Work Locations, Contractor shall, and shall cause its Personnel and Subcontractors to: (1) comply with the requests, standard rules and regulations, and policies and procedures of the Judicial Branch Entities regarding safety and health, security, personal and professional conduct generally applicable to such Judicial Council Work Locations, and (2) otherwise conduct themselves in a businesslike manner.
