Working Capital Budget definition

Working Capital Budget means, with respect to any Fiscal Year, the component of the Operating Budget for such fiscal year submitted by Borrower to Lender in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.1(r)(viii) which sets forth, for each calendar month or other applicable time period, the amount of the working capital reserve budgeted for such time period and changed thereto over the course of such budget period (such working capital reserve amount for any given time period is herein referred to as the “Working Capital Reserve Amount”).
Working Capital Budget means, for any Property, the budget approved by Lender setting forth the amount of Working Capital Advances allocated to pay Capital Expenditures, Tenant Improvements and Leasing Costs incurred in connection with such Property.
Working Capital Budget means the three year budget of the working capital and operating expenses for the Facility, prepared by Manager and approved by Lender, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C, and as revised from time to time, subject to the prior written approval of Lender which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Examples of Working Capital Budget in a sentence

  • Promptly following the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Borrower shall submit or cause to be submitted to Lender a Working Capital Budget for the remainder of the Fiscal Year during which such Event of Default occurs and by not later than the end of each of Borrower’s Fiscal Years with respect to the subsequent Fiscal Year.

  • With respect to any funding to be advanced for Capital Expenditures, in no event shall the Working Capital Advances with respect to any single Property exceed (in the aggregate for all Capital Expenditures made in respect of such Property) the total amount of Loan funds allocated to Capital Expenditures in the approved Working Capital Budget for such Property.

  • Lender shall have approved the Working Capital Budget for the Property for which the Working Capital Advance is requested.

  • Borrower shall have delivered to Lender the Working Capital Budget and the Disbursement Schedule in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender.

  • Working Capital Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(c).

  • Working Capital Amount means the difference between (x) the total current assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries and (y) the total current liabilities (other than the New Company Debt, the Existing Company Debt and Deal Expenses) of the Company and its Subsidiaries (in each case calculated in accordance with GAAP immediately prior to the Effective Time and after giving effect to the Contribution, the Distribution and the disposition of cash and cash equivalents contemplated by Section 6.24).
