Working Capital Commitment definition

Working Capital Commitment means, with respect to any Working Capital Lender at any time, the amount set forth opposite such Lender's name on Schedule I hereto under the caption "Working Capital Commitment" or, if such Lender has entered into one or more Assignments and Acceptances, set forth for such Lender in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.07(d) as such Lender's "Working Capital Commitment", as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.
Working Capital Commitment means, as to any Lender, the obligation of such Lender to make Loans and incur Letter of Credit Liabilities in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding up to but not exceeding the amount set forth opposite such Lender's name on the signature pages hereof under the caption "Working Capital Commitment" (as the same may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.03 hereof).
Working Capital Commitment means, with respect to each Lender, the commitment of such Lender to make Working Capital Loans and to acquire participations in Letters of Credit and Swingline Loans hereunder. On the Effective Date, the aggregate amount of the Working Capital Commitments is Seventy Five Million Dollars ($75,000,000).

More Definitions of Working Capital Commitment

Working Capital Commitment means the obligation of the Bank to make the Working Capital Loans under this Agreement in the aggregate principal amount of up to $5,000,000, as such amount may be limited or reduced pursuant to Article 2 or otherwise modified from time.
Working Capital Commitment means the Bank’s Commitment to make Advances in the aggregate amount of $25,000,000 pursuant to Section 2.01(a) as reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.03.

Working Capital Commitment means, (i) for NationsCredit as Lender, initially $9,000,000, less any amount assigned to another Person that becomes a Lender after the date hereof (a "Subsequent Lender") and (ii) for any Subsequent Lender, the amount of Working Capital Commitment assigned to such Lender.
