In making the cancellation described in Section 8.5(c) above, the Borrower shall cancel Construction/Term Loan Commitments prior to the cancellation of any other Senior Secured Debt Commitments and shall cancel Revolving Loan Commitments prior to the cancellation of any other Senior Secured Debt Commitments in respect of Working Capital Debt.
