Working Capital Facilities definition

Working Capital Facilities means the working capital facilities described in paragraph
Working Capital Facilities means any alternative financing arrangements entered into by the Issuer for general corporate purposes in an aggregate amount not exceeding DKK 15,000,000 (or its equivalent in any other currency or currencies).
Working Capital Facilities means credit facilities in respect of working capital provided by a Lender or any of its Affiliates to a Loan Party or any Subsidiary existing on the Second Amendment Effective Date and identified as such in Schedule 1.01(c) hereto.

Working Capital Facilities means, collectively, the short-term working capital credit agreement or credit agreements by and among the Company, the Restricted Subsidiaries and any one or more lenders from time to time parties thereto, as the same may be amended, extended, renewed, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
