Examples of Working Capital Lenders in a sentence
All such payments by the Working Capital Lenders in respect of any one such payment by such Issuing Bank shall constitute a single LC Loan hereunder.
This Agreement is a Facility Agreement and a Senior Debt Instrument, the Term Lenders, Working Capital Lenders and Issuing Banks in this Agreement are Senior Creditors and the Credit Facility Agent is the Senior Creditor Group Representative of the Term Lenders, the Working Capital Lenders and the Issuing Banks, in each case under the Finance Documents.

If any Working Capital Xxxxxx resigns as an Issuing Bank, it shall retain all the rights, powers, privileges and duties of Issuing Bank hereunder with respect to all Letters of Credit that it issued, including Letters of Credit outstanding as of the effective date of its resignation as an Issuing Bank and all LC Exposure with respect thereto (including the right to require the Working Capital Lenders to make LC Loans or fund participations in Letters of Credit).
