All such payments by the Working Capital Lenders in respect of any one such payment by such Issuing Bank shall constitute a single LC Loan hereunder.
This Agreement is a Facility Agreement and a Senior Debt Instrument, the Term Lenders, Working Capital Lenders and Issuing Banks in this Agreement are Senior Creditors and the Credit Facility Agent is the Senior Creditor Group Representative of the Term Lenders, the Working Capital Lenders and the Issuing Banks, in each case under the Finance Documents.

If such LC Loan or failure to make the LC Reimbursement Payment relates to a Fronted Letter of Credit, the Credit Facility Agent shall promptly notify each of the Working Capital Lenders of the amount of its share of the payment made under such Fronted Letter of Credit, which shall be such Working Capital Lender’s Commitment Percentage of such amount paid by such Issuing Bank (the “Working Capital Lender Payment Notice”).
