Working Capital Schedule definition

Working Capital Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b)(i).
Working Capital Schedule means a statement of Net Working Capital, as calculated in accordance with GAAP using the accrual method of accounting consistently applied.

More Definitions of Working Capital Schedule

Working Capital Schedule means the schedule attached hereto as Schedule 1, which sets forth the specific items of assets and liabilities to be used in computing “Working Capital”.
