Working Capital Statement definition

Working Capital Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
Working Capital Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a) hereof.

  • The Independent Accountant shall only decide the specific items under dispute by the parties and their decision for each Disputed Amount must be within the range of values assigned to each such item in the Closing Working Capital Statement and the Statement of Objections, respectively.

More Definitions of Working Capital Statement

Working Capital Statement means the statement of Working Capital as at the Effective Time to be prepared in accordance with the provisions of part 1 of schedule 7 and in the form set out in part 3 of schedule 7; and
