Working Capital Surplus definition

Working Capital Surplus means the amount by which the Working Capital is greater than the Target Working Capital Amount.
Working Capital Surplus means the amount, if any, by which Net Working Capital as reflected on the Final Closing Statement exceeds the Base Working Capital.
Working Capital Surplus has the meaning set forth in Section 1.7(a)(ii).
