Working Condition definition

Working Condition means the environment as it appears in the employee’s working premises including various conditions in the working areas, machinery, buildings, location, air ventilation, heat, light, noise, and as well as conditions and working characteristics of an employee.
Working Condition means 285 operating in the manner in which the item was designed to operate. “Cosmetic Conditions” means aesthetic 286 imperfections that do not affect Working Condition of the item, including, but not limited to: pitted marcite; tears, 287 worn spots and discoloration of floor coverings, wallpapers, or window treatments; nail holes, scrapes, 288 scratches, dents, chips or caulking in ceilings, walls, flooring, tile, fixtures, or mirrors; and minor cracks in walls, 289 floor tiles, windows, driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, and garage and patio floors. Cracked roof tiles, curling 290 or worn shingles, or limited roof life shall not be considered defects Seller must repair or replace, so long as 291 there is no evidence of actual leaks, leakage or structural damage.
Working Condition means any rights, obligations or circumstances related to the conduct and actuation of the employer and of the employee within the scope of the labour relation, or in the place where the service is rendered;

Examples of Working Condition in a sentence

  • If a defect or malfunction occurs in any Product while it is under normal use and service, Customer shall promptly notify ES&S, and ES&S shall use reasonable efforts to restore the item to Normal Working Condition as soon as practicable.

  • The purpose of such inspection shall be to determine whether or not the Products are in Normal Working Condition.

  • In addition, ES&S may, at any time in its discretion, determine that any Product is no longer fit for Hardware Maintenance Services because it is in such poor condition that it cannot practically be restored to Normal Working Condition, or cannot be restored to Normal Working Condition at an expense that is less than the then-current value of the Product.

  • If any of the Products is not in Normal Working Condition, ES&S, at the option of Customer, (i) shall provide such repairs and replacements as it deems reasonable and necessary to restore such item to Normal Working Condition, at Customer’s expense with respect to the cost of any labor (charged at ES&S’ then current rates) and parts used in such repairs or replacements, or (ii) shall not provide any Hardware Maintenance Services with respect to such Product(s).

  • The Company shall have the right to Change any Local Working Condition if the basis for the existence of the Local Working Condition is Changed, thereby making it inappropriate to continue such Local Working Condition; provided, however, that the Change shall be reasonable and equitable.
