Working Interests definition

Working Interests and "Net Revenue Interests" contained in this Exhibit A and the listing of any percentage, decimal or fractional interest in this Exhibit A shall not be deemed to limit or otherwise diminish the interests being subjected to the lien, security interest and encumbrance of this Mortgage.
Working Interests shall be deemed to be the “Pooled Interests” and “Joint Lands” shall be deemed to be the “Pooled Lands”.
Working Interests means that share of all of the costs, expenses, burdens and obligations of any type or nature attributable to the Company's or the Company Subsidiaries throughout the duration of the estates, as applicable, interest in any Lease or Well.

Examples of Working Interests in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in the Plan, on and after the Effective Date, all Royalty and Working Interests shall be preserved and remain in full force and effect in accordance with the terms of the granting instruments or other governing documents applicable to such Royalty and Working Interests, and no Royalty and Working Interests shall be compromised or discharged by the Plan.

  • Remaining Working Interests will be allocated to the parties bearing the project costs for multiple flowlines, leases, salt water injection well, and equipment for the central production facility.

More Definitions of Working Interests

Working Interests means an interest under a oil or natural gas well, in which the holders of such interest bear 100% of the costs of exploring, drilling, developing and operating the well and are entitled to receive revenues derived from the oil or natural gas production of the well which remain after deduction of the cost of processing, transporting and marketing such oil or natural gas, including royalty payments.
Working Interests set forth in Exhibit "A", unless there is a corresponding increase in the Net Revenue Interests.
Working Interests means the “Working Interests” set forth in Exhibit “A”.
Working Interests means the Company's or its Subsidiaries' share of all of the costs, expenses, burdens, and obligations of any type or nature attributable to the Company's or its Subsidiaries' interests in its oil and gas properties or any well thereon.
Working Interests means the percentage of participation within a specified area for the exploration and/or production of hydrocarbons.
Working Interests. (as defined in the Unit Agreement) in the Beta Unit and has the same meaning as the term "Working Interest Owners" (as used in the Unit Operating Agreement).
Working Interests or “WI” means the “Working Interests” or “WIs” set forth in Exhibit “A” or Exhibit “A-3”, as applicable.
