Working Interests definition

Working Interests and "Net Revenue Interests" contained in this Exhibit A and the listing of any percentage, decimal or fractional interest in this Exhibit A shall not be deemed to limit or otherwise diminish the interests being subjected to the lien, security interest and encumbrance of this Mortgage.
Working Interests will be deemed to be the “Pooled Interests” and “Joint Lands” will be deemed to be the “Pooled Lands”.
Working Interests means the Company's or its Subsidiaries' share of all of the costs, expenses, burdens, and obligations of any type or nature attributable to the Company's or its Subsidiaries' interests in its oil and gas properties or any well thereon.

Examples of Working Interests in a sentence

  • Remaining Working Interests will be allocated to the parties bearing the project costs for multiple flowlines, leases, salt water injection well, and equipment for the central production facility.

  • In such case, the substitute Assignment of After-Payout Working Interests will be in the same form as, the original Assignment of After-Payout Working Interests then held by the Trustees.

More Definitions of Working Interests

Working Interests means an interest under a oil or natural gas well, in which the holders of such interest bear 100% of the costs of exploring, drilling, developing and operating the well and are entitled to receive revenues derived from the oil or natural gas production of the well which remain after deduction of the cost of processing, transporting and marketing such oil or natural gas, including royalty payments.
Working Interests set forth in Exhibit "A", unless there is a corresponding increase in the Net Revenue Interests.
