Works Programme definition
Works Programme means the programme showing the sequence, method and timing of investigations, design, issue of No Objection Notices, execution, manufacture, delivery to site, erection, installation, testing, commissioning of the Works (including Integrated Testing and Commissioning), indigenisation (where applicable) and related activities in the form and content prescribed by the Employer’s Requirements, or any amended or varied version thereof, as submitted by the Contractor and for which the Engineer has issued a Notice of No Objection.
Works Programme means the time-scaled and resource-loaded critical path network, updated from time to time in accordance with GCC Clause 4.14 and Appendix 4 of this Volume
Works Programme means the programme showing the sequence, method and timing of the execution of the Works including all accompanying narratives and ancillary information, in the form and detail prescribed by the Specification, submitted by the Contractor and reviewed without objection and subject to any amendment thereof from time to time reviewed without objection.
Examples of Works Programme in a sentence
Tasks in the programme shall be derivatives of and directly related to tasks in the approved Works Programme.
The proposed revised Works Programme shall show the sequence of operations of any and all works related to the change and the impact of changed work or changed conditions.
Also the Contractor shall provide licenced copy of software used to develop Works Programme to the Authority and Authority’s Engineer.
The Contractor shall immediately notify the Authority’s Engineer in writing of the need for any changes in the Works Programme, whether due to a change of intention or of circumstances or for any other reason.
The Tenderer shall note the requirements for Job Creation Reporting for EPWP as set out in Part F: Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) of the project specifications.
More Definitions of Works Programme
Works Programme in respect of each Transitional Arrangement and each Approved Recommendation the Executive Committee shall:
5.9.1 in the case of a Transitional Arrangement, b the date set opposite such Transitional Arrangement in the fourth column of Schedule 12; and
5.9.2 in the case of an Approved Recommendation,by the date stipulated by the Pool Members in general meeting or (if no date is stipulated) within a reasonable time, prepare (or cause to be prepared) in consultation with the Pool Auditor a programme (the "Works Programme", which expression shall include any associated documentation hereinafter referred to in this Clause 5.9) which programme shall (unless otherwise resolved b the Executive Committee after consultation with those Parties not being Pool Members who might reasonably be expected to be affected by the Works Programme) include:
(a) a detailed timetable for the implementation of the New Principle or (as the case may be) the Approved Recommendation, including (where appropriate) a series of milestone and/or target dates for the achievement of specified parts of such programme;
(b) a full explanation of how such New Principle or approved Recommendation is to be implemented, including a detailed analysis of such New Principle or Approved Recommendation and the objectives which it is intended to achieve, the work involved, the resources required and the amendments likely to be required to this Agreement, the Specification and to any other relevant agreement or document and of any changes required to be made to the Software or the Hardware; and
(c) an estimate of the cost of such implementation supported by a breakdown of such costs and a detailed commentary on each element thereof together with proposals for the recovery of such cost, and (unless otherwise resolved by the Executive Committee after consultation with those Parties not being Pool Members who might reasonably be expected to be affected by the Works Programme) shall be supported by:
(i) any draft legal documentation required to give effect to the amendments referred to in paragraph (b) above; and
(ii) the outline form of agreement appointing the Project Manager as project manager for the implementation of the Works Programme (which form shall, where the Settlement System Administrator is or, in the Executive Committee's opinion, is likely to be the Project Manager or here the Works Programme involves changes to the Specification or the Software, be prepared in consultation with the Settlement...
Works Programme means the programme for the Works described in sub-clause 4.2(j).
Works Programme and "WORKS";
Works Programme means the programme of design, investigations, construction and related works based upon the Outline Programme or any amended or varied version thereof to be submitted by the Concessionaire in accordance with Clause 13.1.
Works Programme means the detailed programme of design, investigations, construction and related works, based upon the Programme, to be submitted by the DBFO Co in accordance with Clause 10.2 [Works Programme) or any amended or varied version thereof submitted by the DBFO Co in accordance with Clause 10.3 [Variations to Works Programme).
