XenoMouse Animals means both (a) all transgenic mice provided by ABX to GNE for immunization with the Product Antigen under the GNE Option Agreement or this Agreement and (b) all transgenic mice immunized with the Product Antigen by ABX under the MTA or the GNE Option Agreement on or before the Effective Date of this Agreement.
