Xxxxx Mortgage means the Open-End Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing, dated as of the date hereof, made by 22 Xxxxx Borrower in favor of Mortgagee, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Xxxxx Mortgage means that certain Open-End Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing dated as of April 7, 2010 from Xxxxx Family Resorts, LLC, as mortgagor, in favor of Collateral Agent, as mortgagee, for the benefit of the Secured Parties (as defined therein), encumbering certain real property located in Xxxxxx County, Ohio, as more particularly described therein, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Xxxxx Mortgage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7.
