Xxxxxx Common Stock definition

Xxxxxx Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of LWN.

Xxxxxx Common Stock shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto.

Xxxxxx Common Stock means the Xxxxxx Class A Common Stock and the Xxxxxx Class B Common Stock.
