Xxxxx’x Counsel definition

Xxxxx’x Counsel means the law firm of Xxxxxx Xxxxx LLP, counsel for Named Plaintiff Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx.

Xxxxx’x Counsel means Proskauer Rose LLP.

Xxxxx’x Counsel means the law firm of Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx LLP or other legal advisors retained for purposes of advising Tyson with respect to the Action.

Xxxxx’x Counsel means collectively Xxxxxxxxx LLP and The Xxxx Law Firm, P.C.

Xxxxx’x Counsel means Xxxxxxxxxx PC and its attorneys.

Xxxxx’x Counsel means Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx LLP and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, LLC.

Xxxxx’x Counsel means Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx LLP, or such other legal counsel as Xxxxx may appoint.

Xxxxx’x Counsel means Littler Xxxxxxxxx, P.C. For purposes of providing any notices required under this Agreement, Xxxxxx’ Counsel shall refer to Xxxx X. Xxxxxx, Esquire, Littler Xxxxxxxxx, P.C., 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000.

Xxxxx’x Counsel means the law firms of Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx, and the individual attorneys from those firms.
