Xxxxxx D Energy definition

Xxxxxx D Energy means Xxxxxx D-1 Energy and Xxxxxx D-2 Energy. Xxxxxx D-1 Energy means the Firm Energy allocated by Western pursuant to Section 2(d)(2)(C) of the 2011 Act that the Authority has offered to non-tribal new allottees located in the State of Arizona, and purchased by the Authority pursuant to the Electric Service Contract.

  • Xxxxxxx Group means (i) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family, (ii) any Related Person of any such member, and (iii) the Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Jr. Grantor Retained Annuity Trust, the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Family Trust, the Xxxx Xxxxxxx Children’s Trust c/o Argent Trust, and the Xxxx Xxxxxxx Legacy Trust-2010 c/o Argent Trust. For the avoidance of doubt, the Persons named in (iii) above may be Related Persons of members of the Xxxxxxx Family.

A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:
