Xxxxxxx Capital. III LP ("Capital III"), Strategic Entrepreneur Fund III L.P., (together with Capital III, "Xxxxxxx") and Gryphon Partners II, L.P. ("Gryphon II"), Gryphon Partners II-A, L.P. (together with Gryphon II, "Gryphon"). Each of the foregoing parties are referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
