Xxxxxxx Equipment definition

Xxxxxxx Equipment means any Equipment owned by Xxxxxxx and used by Provider to provide the Services.
Xxxxxxx Equipment means (a) the new manufacturing equipment acquired by the Xxxxxxx Industrial Development Board or other Persons that are not Affiliates of the Company for use on the Xxxxxxx Real Estate prior to the date hereof and (b) associated leasehold improvements made by the Xxxxxxx Industrial Development Board or other Persons that are not Affiliates of the Company on the Xxxxxxx Real Estate.
Xxxxxxx Equipment means Xxxxxxx proprietary equipment and/or accessories manufactured, assembled or otherwise provided by Xxxxxxx, inclusive of its subcontractors or agents. Xxxxxxx Equipment may include any equipment purchased directly from Xxxxxxx or purchased through an authorized reseller or leasing/rental agent. Xxxxxxx Equipment does not include any Customer Equipment.
