Xxxxxxx Mac Agreement means that certain Repurchase Addendum to Xxxxxxx Mac Forms 996 and 996E, dated the date hereof, by and among Barclays, Seller, the Custodian and Xxxxxxx Mac.

Xxxxxxx Mac Agreement. The Repurchase Addendum to Xxxxxxx Mac Forms 996 and 996E, to be entered into, by and among the Buyer, Guarantor, the Custodian and Xxxxxxx Mac.

Xxxxxxx Mac Agreement means that certain Repurchase Addendum to Xxxxxxx Mac Forms 996 and 996E, dated the date hereof, by and among Barclays, Seller, the Custodian and Xxxxxxx Mac. “Xxxxxxx Mac Guide” means the Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx’ and Servicers’ Guide, as such Guide may hereafter from time to time be amended. “Xxxxxxx Mac Mortgage Loan” means a mortgage loan that is in Strict Compliance on the related Purchase Date with the eligibility requirements specified for the applicable Xxxxxxx Mac Program described in the Xxxxxxx Mac Guide. “Xxxxxxx Mac Program” means the Xxxxxxx Mac Home Mortgage Guarantor Program or the Xxxxxxx Mac FHA/VA Home Mortgage Guarantor Program, as described in the Xxxxxxx Mac Guide. “Xxxxxxx Mac Security” means a modified pass-through mortgage-backed participation certificate, evidenced by a book-entry account in a depository institution having book-entry accounts at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, issued and guaranteed, with respect to timely payment of interest and ultimate payment of principal, by Xxxxxxx Mac and backed by a pool of Xxxxxxx Mac Mortgage Loans in substantially the principal amount and with substantially the other terms as specified with respect to such Xxxxxxx Mac Security in the related Takeout Commitment, if any. “GAAP” means generally accepted accounting principles as in effect from time to time in the United States of America. “Xxxxxx Mae” means the Government National Mortgage Association and its successors in interest, a wholly-owned corporate instrumentality of the government of the United States of America. “Xxxxxx Xxx Guide” means the Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage-Backed Securities Guide, as such Guide may hereafter from time to time be amended. “Xxxxxx Xxx Mortgage Loan” means a mortgage loan that is in Strict Compliance on the related Purchase Date with the eligibility requirements specified for the applicable Xxxxxx Mae Program in the applicable Xxxxxx Xxx Guide, and such mortgage loan has not been purchased out of a Xxxxxx Mae Security.2025 “Xxxxxx Xxx Program” means the Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage-Backed Securities Programs, as described in the Xxxxxx Xxx Guide. 2025 The definition of “Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage Loan” was amended by Amendment No. 1, dated as of September 24, 2021.
