  • At the Effective Time, Nine shall assume the Xxxxxxx Option Plan, with the result that all obligations of Xxxxxxx under the Xxxxxxx Option Plan shall be obligations of Nine following the Effective Time.

  • Additionally, unless the Release is executed by Executive and delivered to the Company within twenty-one (21) days after the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company (and such release is not revoked), any acceleration of Executive’s options as provided in the Xxxxxxx Option Plan shall not be effective.

  • Share Option Plan means any equity incentive plan of the General Partner, the General Partner Entity, the Partnership and/or any Affiliate of the Partnership.
