  • Any Products believed to be defective as covered by this warranty may not be returned without prior written Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) from Xxxxxxx Product Support (000) 000-0000 covering specific items and quantities within thirty (30) days from the discovery of the alleged defect(s).

More Definitions of Xxxxxxx Product

Xxxxxxx Product means, unless otherwise consented to by Quidel, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, a Q-B Product that is marketed and sold solely under the “Xxxxxxx” name, and without reference to the “Quidel” name, in each case after the Transfer Date in the applicable Active Territory. For the avoidance of doubt, each Xxxxxxx Product shall be counted once for purposes of calculations under this Agreement.

Related to Xxxxxxx Product

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.
