More Definitions of Year of operation

Year of operation means the l2-month period commencing the first day and ending on the last day of Landlord's annual accounting period (which currently is based upon a calendar year), it being understood that the first Year of Operation under the Lease shall commence on the Effective Date and that the last Year of Operation shall end on the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease. Landlord reserves the right to change its annual accounting period provided such change has no material adverse effect on the rights or obligations of Tenant.
