Years of experience means full, productive years of participation.

Years of experience means calendar years from July 1 through June 30 actively employed in the District. Periods of non-compensatory leave or layoff shall not be counted toward years of experience in determining eligibility for longevity pay. Years of experience is not related to FTE status during those years. Longevity stipend amounts will be prorated based on FTE for part-time employees.
