Accordingly, on each Discount Option Date after a change in Yield Factor, the Transferor shall apply the new Yield Factor to all or the portion of the Gross Principal Receivables outstanding that have been designated for inclusion in Asset Pool One which are to be treated as Discount Receivables.

Yield Factor means, initially, 3.0% and thereafter such amount as is determined pursuant to subsection 2.05(g).

Yield Factor. At any time means an amount equal to the sum of (a) the product of (i) aggregate Yield accrued and to accrue through the end of each Rate Period with respect to all Portion of Investment at such time and (ii) 1.5, plus (b) the Liquidation Yield at such time. SCHEDULE III Sections 2.12 through 2.15 of the Agreement shall be read in their entirety as follows:
