Present value under this note is determined by discounting the above product to present value using the Yield Rate as the annual discount factor.
Each Advance shall accrue interest at the Yield Rate for each day beginning on, and including, the Advance Date with respect to such Advance and ending on, but excluding, the date such Advance is repaid in full.
Each Purchaser shall record in its records, the date and amount of each Investment made by the Purchasers hereunder, the Yield Rate with respect to the related Capital (and each portion thereof), the Yield accrued on such Purchasers’ Capital and each repayment and payment thereof.
