Yield Rate definition

Yield Rate means, (i) with respect to any Eligible Treasury Security on deposit at any time in either of the Paired Holding Trusts, the stated interest rate of such Eligible Treasury, if any, or any discount rate applicable to such Eligible Treasury, based on the purchase date and purchase price at which the applicable Paired Holding Trust acquired that Eligible Treasury, and (ii) with respect to any Eligible Treasury Repurchase Agreement, the difference between the repurchase price and the purchase price paid under such agreement, with such difference expressed as a percentage of such purchase price.
Yield Rate means, for any day in any Yield Period for any Purchaser’s Capital (or any portion thereof):
Yield Rate means, (i) for any Advance, as of any date of determination during any Remittance Period applicable to such Advance, an interest rate per annum equal to the Benchmark for such date plus the Applicable Margin and (ii) with respect to the I/O Loan, the I/O Rate.

Examples of Yield Rate in a sentence

  • During the Base Term under each Lease, the amount of the Equity Investment outstanding from time to time with respect to such Lease shall accrue Yield during each Payment Period at a rate per annum equal to the Yield Rate.

  • Each determination of the Yield Rate by the Lessor pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or any other Operative Document shall be binding on Lessee in the absence of manifest error.
