Young adult definition

Young adult means a person aged 18 through 20 years.
Young adult means a young individual age 18 through 20 who resides in an adult foster home under the custody of the Department, voluntarily, or under guardianship. A young adult may include an individual who is less than 18 years of age.
Young adult means an individual 18-25 years of age who meets the program requirements to participate in a System Agency-funded prevention program.
