Your Product definition

Your Product means whichever one of the Products you access and use after accepting this Agreement. The Products are listed and further defined in the About your Agreement section.

Your Product means any product or service that you: (a) have offered through the Selling on Amazon Service; (b) have fulfilled or otherwise processed through the Fulfilment by Amazon Service; or (c) have made available for advertising by you through the Sponsored Ads Service.

Your Product means one or more applications, products or projects developed by or for You using the Materials.

Examples of Your Product in a sentence

• If Your Product is replaced, We will have no further obligation to repair or replace Your Product and You will not be entitled to make any further claims under this Plan.

• If You purchased this Plan, in the event of a covered claim, We will furnish labor and/or parts required to repair the mechanical or electrical Failure of Your Product.

• Should We repair Your Product, We will restore its hardware and preloaded manufacturer’s software functionality to the manufacturer’s written specifications.

• In lieu of repairing the Product, We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to replace Your Product with a product of equal or similar features and functionality.

• If You purchased this Plan, in the event of a covered claim, We will furnish the labor required to repair the mechanical or electrical Failure of Your Product.

More Definitions of Your Product

Your Product means any product or service (including Optional Coverage Plans) that:

Your Product means: a. Any goods or products, other than real property manufactured sold, handled, distributed or disposed of by: (1) You; (2) Others trading under your name; or (3) A person or organization whose business or assets you have acquired; and b. Containers (other than vehicles), materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such goods or products. "Your product" includes warranties or representations made at any time with respect to the fitness, quality, durability or performance of any of the items included in a. and b. above. “Your product” does not include vending machines or other property rented to or located for the use of others but not sold.

Your Product means: 1. any goods or products, other than real property, manufactured, sold, handled, distributed or disposed of by:

Your Product means a computer application program that is licensed or otherwise distributed to end users for use by such end users and that contains Licensed Code or was developed using Licensed Technology or contains, incorporates, invokes, calls, or otherwise causes execution of any version of the Licensed Code, or any portion thereof. Your Product shall include Maintenance Services, but shall not include any other services. Your Product shall not include any product that YOU make available for use on a PAN. Such a product shall be the subject of a separate license from IBM.

Your Product means "[a]ny goods or products, other than real property, manufactured, sold, handled, distributed or disposed of" by the insured.104 "Your work" is defined as

Your Product means Your and Your end-users’ product or system, and all the related documentation, that includes or works in combination with an executable version of the Licensed Software or derivative of the Licensed Software as permitted in this Agreement and provided further that such Licensed Software or derivative of the Licensed Software as permitted in this Agreement executes solely and exclusively on microcontroller devices manufactured by or for ST.

Your Product means any product or service (including Optional Coverage Plans) that you:
