Zero Coupon Covered Bond definition

Zero Coupon Covered Bond means a Covered Bond specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

If the Covered Bond Portfolio becomes insolvent, to the extent that claims of the Covered Bondholders in relation to the Covered Bonds are not satisfied in the course of the bankruptcy proceedings of the Covered Bond Portfolio, the residual claims of the Covered Bondholders will rank pari passu with the unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the Issuer. 7.
