Common use of CONCESIÓN DE LICENCIA Clause in Contracts

CONCESIÓN DE LICENCIA. Con arreglo a las condiciones del presente Contrato, MSC otorga al Cliente una licencia no exclusiva e intransferible que le permite utilizar el Software únicamente para el tratamiento interno de sus propios datos; y el Cliente, a su vez, acepta de MSC dicha licencia. Esta licencia se ajustará a las limitaciones del tipo o los tipos de licencia correspondientes y al número de licencias especificado en el Order Schedule. El plazo de vigencia de la licencia (duración) será el especificado en el Order Schedule, a menos que se rescinda con anterioridad conforme a las disposiciones del presente Contrato. 3 GRANT OF LICENSE. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MSC grants to Customer, and Customer accepts from MSC, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software, solely for Customer's own internal data processing purposes. This license shall be in accordance with the limitations of the license type(s) and in the quantities specified in the Order Schedule. The license term(s) (duration) shall be as specified in the Order Schedule, subject to early termination as set forth in this Agreement.
