ORGANISATION. 1.1. 2023 Estonian Open Rally Championship (EC) will be held under the prescription of the Sporting Code and its appendices of the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), Rally Sporting Regulations of Estonian Autosport Union (EASU), given Championship Regulations and Supplementary Regulations of each event. Competitions meet the FIA Sporting Code Art. 21 definition of "rally".
