The retention of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event of the expenses being greater than the amount of the deposit. • In the event of the accommodation or the pitch not having been cleaned before your departure, a fixed cleaning charge of at least €100 including taxes shall be invoiced to you. • For any delayed departure, you may be charged for an additional day at the price applicable for that night.

If you note a problem according the cleanli- ness upon arriving, please report it the same day so we can take the proper arrangements to correct it. We ask you to: • Clean windows on the interior • Clean cabinets and drawers • Thoroughly clean the kitchen area (furnitu- re and dishes clean, dry and put back in the cupboards) • The fridge must be impeccable and defros- ted • Microwave oven and coffee maker will be clean • Thoroughly clean the bathroom • Wash the floors of all the housing, without forgetting the under the beds and the cup- boards • The blankets will be folded and placed back on the beds • The outdoor shed (cottages) will be clean • Garbage cans will be thrown into the trash space outside the campsite • in case of breakage of crockery, do not re- place yourself, do share as soon as possible at the reception, we will replace. Your accommodation will be checked and closed just before your departure. This check will allow you to collect your deposit after the cleaning staff prepared the accommodation for the arrival of the next guests.

Withholding of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount thereof. Rental accommodation: if the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, your will be charged a cleaning fee of € 80 VAT incl. In the event of late departure, an additional day will be charged for at the current nightly rate.
