During your stay. It is the camper's responsability to take out insurance : the campsite le Bois Verdon accepts no responsability in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, etc, or in the event of any incident concerning the civil responsability of the camper. • All vistors must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. • Each named tenant is responsible for disturbance and nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting them. The management of le Bois Verdon reserve the right to refuse booking and ask any customer to leave the site, should he /she fail to adhere to the campsite rules and regulations.
During your stay. The camper is responsible of his personal belongings. The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of an incident involving the civil liability of the camper. All customer must respect the campsite rules. Each tenant is responsible for the disturbances and nuisances caused by the people who stay with him or visit him. Tenants are required to take out an insurance company against their risks inherent in their occupation : theft, loss or damage to their personal items as well as any damage that may be caused to the entire rental and the campsite. In the event of an incident the campsite declines all responsibility. Within the water park, only swimsuits, shorts and swimming trunks are accepted (street clothes and full swimsuits are prohibited in order to respect hygiene standards) For accommodation, on the day of your departure (indicated on your booking form), the rental must be vacated before 00.xx. The accommodation will be left in a perfect state of cleanliness, and the inventory can be checked, any broken or damaged object will be at your expense as well as the restoration of the premises if this is necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after deduction of the compensation retained for any damage noted by the check-out. It is possible to include additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount of the deposit. If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, we will ask you a cleaning fee of €100.00. For any delayed departure, you may pay for an additional day. Any complaint concerning non-compliance of services with the contract must be reported in writing to the campsite manager within 2 weeks your departure.

Use Charcoal barbecues is formally prohibited on our site. For any accommodations: Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. As the payment of the stay has already been done, the warranty deposit of 500€ will be returned to you after the final check-up. In case of disrespect of the material, the retention of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event of the expenses being greater than the amount of the deposit. In case of the accommodation not having been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning charge between 70€ and 100€ could be required from you. We would like to inform our clients that any complaint regarding the cleanliness of the mobile home must be notified on arrival, before you settle in with your personal items. Once settled, the company will not accept any responsibility.

If you have not opted for the cleaning fee, you are required to make your rental CLEAN, ready to be rented again. Cleaning kits and vacuum cleaners are available at the reception and the shop. If you note a problem according the cleanli- ness upon arriving, please report it the same day so we can take the proper arrangements to correct it. We ask you to: • Clean windows on the interior • Clean cabinets and drawers • Thoroughly clean the kitchen area (furnitu- re and dishes clean, dry and put back in the cupboards) • The fridge must be impeccable and defros- ted • Microwave oven and coffee maker will be clean • Thoroughly clean the bathroom • Wash the floors of all the housing, without forgetting the under the beds and the cup- boards • The blankets will be folded and placed back on the beds • The outdoor shed (cottages) will be clean • Garbage cans will be thrown into the trash space outside the campsite • in case of breakage of crockery, do not re- place yourself, do share as soon as possible at the reception, we will replace. Your accommodation will be checked and closed just before your departure. This check will allow you to collect your deposit after the cleaning staff prepared the accommodation for the arrival of the next guests.
