OWNERSHIP RESERVATION. Delivered products remain the property of Liebherr-Aerospace Montauban SAS until Liebherr-Aerospace Montauban SAS receives full payment of the agreed amount for the order. In case of non-payment, Liebherr-Aerospace Montauban SAS reserves the right to demand the automatic return of the products at the customer's expense. The customer, as the product's custodian, is responsible for any damage occurring between product delivery and its return to Liebherr-Aerospace Montauban SAS, including during transportation.
