For this purpose the Merchant Partner must ensure that a return address is printed on its delivery documents and in its Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Merchant Partner must ensure the prompt and strict implementation of the product return policy, in accordance with regulations and within the statutory time frame. In the specific case of a recall campaign for products sold online and in parallel with warning its customers, the Merchant Partner will promptly notify RUE DU COMMERCE of the return without charge policy terms.
