ENTENTE COLLECTIVE RÉALISATEURS DGC-AQPM 2021-2022

ATTENDU QUE la DGC et I'AQPM ont convenu du « Collective Agreement for Directors between AQPM and DGC » en vigueur du 3 janvier 2021 au 2 juillet 2022 (ci-après désignée « l'entente collective »);

ATTENDU QUE la DGC et I'AQPM ont convenu de renouveler l'entente collective pour une durée de quinze (15) mois à compter du 29 janvier 2023 jusqu'au 28 avril 2024;

ATTENDU QUE la nouvelle entente collective est identique à celle présentement en

vigueur, à l'exception de l'augmentation du cachet minimum.

PAR CONSÉQUENT, LES PARTIES CONVIENNENT DE CE QUI SUIT :

1. Le préambule et l'Annexe 1 font partie intégrante de la présente.

2. L'entente collective s'applique intégralement à l'exception de l'augmentation des

cachets minimums prévue à la clause 3 de la présente lettre d'entente.

3. Les cachets minimums mentionnés aux articles 17.11, 17.12, 17.13, 17.16 et 17.17 de l'entente collective sont augmentés de 3,5%, le tout conformément aux articles joints en annexe.

4. La présente lettre d'entente entre en vigueur le 29 janvier 2023 et les cachets décrits en annexe ne s'appliqueront qu'aux contrats signés à compter de cette date.

EN FOI DE QUOI, les parties ont signé à Montréal, ce 29e jour du mois de janvier 2023.

The payment of the appropriate Pilot Base fee shall entitle the Producer to one run simultaneously on any platform.

For any additional use, including as part of a Series, the Director shall be paid the appropriate Use fee on the first day of principal photography of the Series. This payment shall entitle the Producer to the rights provided in Article 17.06.

In addition, where the Pilot results in a Series, the Director of the Pilot shall be paid a one- time bonus equal to the difference between the Pilot Base fee and one hundred thirty-five percent (135%) of the Base fee in the appropriate tier for half-hour or one-hour Series on the first day of principal photography of the Series.

Where a Series does not have a Pilot, the Producer and the Director of the first episode of the Series may negotiate a fee higher than the fees provided for in Article 17.12 or 17.13.

Section 4 Fees Payable for Movies for Television
