Bidder’s Eligibility Criteria. A. The firm should be the OEM of the items mentioned in BOQ OR B. Bidder should submit the certificate from OEM mentioning that OEM will provide support for the technical issues & cover the warranty/Guarantee for the items supplied under the scope of present tender. 25. Rate: Rate should be quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) on door Delivery Basis at NIFT Delhi Campus, inclusive of all the Charges, with break-ups as: ● Basic Cost. ● VAT/CST/GST ● Total Cost 26. The Bidder should have local office in Delhi 27. The bidder should be a company registered in India for at least 5 years at the time of submission of the bid. 28. The bidder should have relevant experience of supply, installation and commissioning of similar nature of work with Purchase Order of 40 Lacs each in Government / Semi Government / Autonomous Organizations / Public Sector Utilities / Govt. Universities / Institutions during the last 03 financial years i.e.2019-2020, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022. 29. The bidder should not be blacklisted by any of the offices of central or state Govt/PSUs. 30. The bidder should have positive net worth for last 03 Financial years 31. The bidder should have an average annual turnover of Min. 02 CRs for the last 3 years. 32. The bidder should have a working toll free help desk number/ single point of contact number for NIFT-Delhi that shall be solely responsible for providing services, support, warranties etc from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday to Saturday, except National holidays. 33.
