Process for Empanelment of Respondents. This enquiry is in the nature of Request for Empanelment (R fE) intended to result in t he selection of a panel of Consultants in one or more Categories . The responses received pursuant to this RfE will be evaluated as per the criteria specified in this document and the qualified Consultants will be placed on the panel of Consultants in each Category . Adequate number of empanelled Consultants will be invited, as and when projects arise in SIDBI and/or its associates/subsidiaries as the case may be , to submit their Proposals based on detailed EOI/Terms of Reference (TOR) / RFP on a project -to-project basis. The Consultants, to work with the Bank on a specific project, will be selected after an evaluation of the techno -commercial proposals received pursuant to such an EOI/TOR/RFP for specific assignments . The nature, quantum and Scope of work f or specific projects will evolve depending upon the requirements of the Bank or its associates/subsidiaries . Under t hese circumstances, the panel to be selected in pursuance of this RfE would be utilized for a period of 3 years from the date of formation o f the Panel.
