Statutory authority obligations, notices, fees & charges. The Consultant shall comply with and give all notice s required by any Act, any instrument, rule or order made under any Act, or any regulation or byelaw of any relevant authority which has any jurisdiction with regard to the assignment. The empanelled Consultant (s) would comply with all Applicable Laws as they relate to its performance under this RfE. This RfE shall be governed, interpreted by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
