Common use of Power and authority Clause in Contracts

Power and authority. It has the power to enter into, perform and deliver, and has taken all necessary action to authorise its entry into, performance and delivery of, the Finance Documents to which it is a party and the transactions contemplated by those Finance Documents (subject, in relation to the incurrence of indebtedness and the assumption of payment obligations by the Borrower under this Agreement, to the publication of the Official Gazette of Serbia in which the law on approving of this Agreement by the Parliament of Serbia has been published).
